By nature, providing email communication services means that your email correspondence with others is saved on our servers controlled by us as well as our providers. Since we do not host these servers on site, other companies in which we contract with have access to your data physically though not by permission. This information is private and will be treated as such. In cases of diagnostics and or support related inquiries or to move information from provider to provider, emails meta information may be viewed to ensure proper transfer and operations.
